As the cornerstone of its marketing strategy, Wordsmith & Style created the popular Whittaker’s Diary – a monthly feature told by the Butler of the fictitious Abbey and featuring the eccentric cast of characters who live there. We also developed a monthly blog – ‘The Bluebell Abbey Guide to Being British’, tackling a different part of British culture each edition, from Mother’s Day to football.
